Use
Place approximately ¼-½ cup of Epsom Bath Salts into muslin bag or directly in bathtub.
Run hot water until bath is full.
Submerge your body in bath for 20 minutes or more.
For added benefits, place an additional cup of Epsom Salt into bath.Muslin bag included. We highly recommend using this musling bag when using baths with jets.
