Costs & shipping times

We put a lot of heart into the products we make and are working hard to send your order out as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is ready to go out the door you will receive an email confirming this. We can ship to any address in the world and we aim to dispatch your soaps within 1-3 working days directly from Scotland.

Please note: COVID and Brexit are still causing delays in certain areas, so please be patient.

Our opening business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.

We ship orders via Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping carrier or weather conditions.

UK - Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2 to 3 working days - £3.20

UK - Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class – 1 to 2 working days - £5

UK - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class – 2 to 3 working days - £4.30

Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days        £25

Shipping times are not guaranteed as they may experience unexpected delays during the shipping process.

International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country's government regulations. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer. 

We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for parcels that are detained in customs.





We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

To cancel or modify your order please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to

Emails are usually answered within 24-48 hours.

We kindly request for you to have your order number on hand to ensure the correct order is adjusted.

Processed orders that have not shipped and wish to cancel will receive a refund paid to the original payment method at the time of purchase.  Cancellation requests received after an order has been shipped are subject to return shipping fees.

Order modification requests if received prior to shipping will be updated accordingly.  Payment will be processed through the original credit card used at the time of purchase.


We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. For a Refund/Return the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original label and packaging.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
